Mike McNelis

Mr. McNelis graduated from Niagara University in 1997 and Western New England College School of Law in 2000. While attending Western New England, Mr. McNelis interned for United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of Massachusetts and also interned for Hon. Michael J. Ponsor, United States District Judge, Western District of Masschusetts. After graduating from Western New England, Mr. McNelis was hired by the Niagara County District Attorney's Office. Mr. McNelis served two of his five years with the office as the Narcotics Division Bureau Chief where he prosecuted many large scale narcotics cases, including cross border trafficking. Mr. McNelis was also cross designated to assist with violent felony prosecutions in Niagara County where he successfully prosecuted five homicide cases. Mr. McNelis was also a volunteer for the Niagara Falls Police Athletic League.
